Description
MICH TC-2026 is a modular helmet for airsoft and gelsoft, designed to protect the head, face, and ears from BB and gel ball impacts. The design is based on the classic MICH helmet platform and can be extended with interchangeable accessory sets, allowing the helmet to be adapted to any loadout or playstyle.
Possible modifications (not included in the basic kit):
- Side rails and adapter set for mounting accessories
- Mandible attachments for additional lower-face protection — available in several styles, from a plain tactical version to the stylized CHIMERA-9
- Tactical "cat ears" — a cosmetic customization piece, available in two shapes
- NVG mounts: a dual-tube NVG-T3 and a quad-tube GPNVG-18, with a shroud and arm
- Rear battery box / counterweight
Printing recommendations:
To ensure sufficient strength and protective properties, the helmet should be printed with a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm or greater. Compatible materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA.
Testing:
The helmet's protective performance has been verified through live-fire testing with an RX AK-102 replica at a muzzle velocity of 80 m/s, fired from a distance of 20 cm. The helmet withstood the impact without penetration or structural failure.
